A practice built for leaders, by people who have run the business.

Thinkbridge Partners was founded in 2024 as a deliberate alternative to consulting that ends with a PDF. We exist to build the systems a business runs on — ones that actually hold up in day-to-day use.

— Origin

Too many capable founders run capable businesses on systems that haven't kept up. The strategy is fine. But the data isn't trusted, there's no steady rhythm, and the leadership team is stretched across roles the company has outgrown.

Thinkbridge Partners was started in 2024 to do this work the way leadership teams actually need it done — working alongside them, focused on tools they keep using, and held to one question: does it still run after we leave?

01The founder

A decade running large operating environments — before stepping out to build them for others.

Saket has spent the last decade inside operating environments at every scale — from public infrastructure to venture-backed fintech to family-run manufacturing — building, breaking, and rebuilding the same financial and operating systems Thinkbridge now builds for clients. Thinkbridge Partners
Founder & Principal · Mumbai · New York · Dubai

Founder-led management consulting that builds the systems ambitious founders and scaling businesses run on. Engagements held under twelve a year — by design.

2023 — 2024
DOWC
Operating & financial systems

Worked with a family-owned business to map their entire existing system onto a new one — clearing long-standing operational and data problems by sitting down with every department, including the executive office.

2021 — 2023
DailyPay
Finance · operations · reconciliation

Worked inside a high-growth US fintech on the financial reporting that gives leadership a clear, real-time view — including a project that found and resolved a $1M discrepancy across systems.

2021 — 2021
Spicechain
Forecasting & financial models

Built forecasting from the real drivers of the business that held 92% accuracy through seasonal lows — tied to how the business actually ran, not spreadsheets in isolation.

2020 — 2020
NJ Transit
Public infrastructure systems

Engineering, analytics, and finance inside a large public operating environment — disciplined systems and reporting solid enough to pass an audit, at scale.

2017 — 2020
Infosys
Enterprise systems

Enterprise systems and analytics across large operating environments — the formative grounding in disciplined, audit-ready engineering.

02Operating philosophy

Four convictions we won't argue out of.

— 01

Systems over slides.

A working dashboard beats a beautiful deck. We're judged on what gets built and used — not what gets presented.

— 02

A founder in the room.

Every engagement is led by the founder, working directly with your team. No staffing pyramids, no recycled juniors, no learning on your time.

— 03

Honest diagnostics.

We tell you the real problem holding the business back — not the one that's easiest to fix or most profitable for us to scope.

— 04

Limited engagements.

Held under twelve a year, by design. The work is intensive; the bench is intentionally small. Capacity is a feature.

03 / Cross-border thesis

India operates differently. The United States demands differently.

We work fluently in both. Running across borders — entities, hiring, reporting, cash, oversight, customer expectations — is a system in itself, and we build it as one.

  • Two markets, run as one
  • Reporting standards that meet US scrutiny
  • Operating discipline suited to the Indian context
  • Boards and investors briefed in their language
04Who we work with

Founders and leadership teams ready for their next stage of growth.

We are a fit when

  • The business is past product-market fit and now feels held together by individuals.
  • Numbers are produced, but not trusted, not timely, and not the same across the leadership team.
  • A founder is ready to put real operating discipline in place — not just take in more advice.

We're not the right firm when

  • You need an outsourced board deck before a real diagnosis.
  • The job is to confirm a decision you've already made.
  • Leadership cannot make the time for a working engagement.
